There is no HMB fight without a referee. The result of the battle often depends on quality work of marshal. Championship of the world in HMB “Battle of the Nations” – is not an exception. The strongest fighters from all over the world meet here, on the lists and such fights can only be judged by the most prepared and experienced marshals.
Traditionally, for work on the Championship, the team of marshals from various countries is collected which provides the objective judgment on the field. HMBIA News discussed that with one of the most experienced referees, the marshal of the Championship of the world in HMB “Battle of the Nations” since 2012, Ukraine’s Vitaliy Makaryan.
Vitaliy Makaryan: “As always, marshal team will be international. It will include referees from the countries of post CIS and Europe, USA, Mexico and other countries. The level of the marshals who are going to work on the “Battle of the Nations”-2017 is high. They are very well prepared and have a lot of judging experience. We have worked with many of them for a couple of years”.
As it is known, the battles have been judged not only by men, but also by women marshals for a long time. 2017 is not going to be an exception.
Vitaliy Makaryan: “We have a certain number of certified female marshals with a good experience in field work. They are going to judge both male and female nominations. There is no separation here”.
