UK team was satisfied with the results of this year World Championship “Battle of the Nations”. Antony Lamsdell, the President of the British Buhurt Federation told about it. He noticed that “Battle of the Nations”-2018 was very successful, and their team finally took a medal in the “21 vs 21″ category. He is also proud of their duelists who took medals in “Sword and Shield” and the Profight categories.

Also he told a secret that this year they had a special position as a team motivator. Pawel Kurzak occupied this position.

Antony Lamsdell:
“It’s funny really, after we lost to France in the group phases of the 21’s everyone was very disappointed with that result. Pawel Kurzak took everyone aside and told everyone to “Un-Screw” yourselves. Stop being useless gap fillers and you will get to have another chance to beat the hell out of the French”. It was a very simple motivation, and it served well to get the team through the groups and to a bronze medal placement”.

Its interesting tactics in using such specialist, but it works, and we can call Pawel the “UK secret weapon”. We will see if the other participants take a motivator in their teams next year.
