In 2019 year the National team of Monaco entered the lists of the HMB World Championship Battle of the Nations for the first time. HMBIA News reporter asked Antoine Lutz, the Vice-Captain of the National team of Monaco to tell us about that experience.  

“We took part in the 5vs5 category and 150vs150 with the Russia-Spain coalition forming St.Andrew`s banner. In 5vs5 we ended first of our Bronze group. I remember the great fight against China! Then we lost with honor against Germany in the playoffs. We finished with the 16th place in the total ranking of whole BotN. The mass battle was also an incredible and indescribable experience. Fighting in first line side by side with the great Russian fighters was a privilege”,- Antoine recalls.

The National team of Monaco lived in the historical camp in the fortress and they loved it.
“The whole BotN is truly a unique and genuine experience. We cannot wait to come back stronger next year and celebrate history, sport and friendship with the world”.

HMBIA News also can`t wait to meet these brave warriors again, on the lists of HMB tournaments all over the world.
