“Pawel Kurzak is my trainer. Usually I work out three days a week with his program and practice Knightfit. Mostly with kettlebells, a slingtrainer or bodyweight. Every Wednesday I join boxing classes, and every Sunday I lead the group training that mixed with the fighters from different clubs. Since last year I have a fitness trainer license, and I`m planning to get a special kettlebell instructor license”.
She posts videos of her trainings to Instagram, and they are impressive. Her work capacity can be envied.
Additionally, it can be assumed that, being engaged in HMB sport, girls’ lives become a great deal easier – who wants to argue with those so filigree with a sword like our girls?
