The latest news concerning preparations for the World Championship on historical medieval battle “Battle of the Nations“-2014.

So far (May 2, 2014), 30 HMB national teams have expressed willingness to participate in the HMB World Championship “Battle of the Nations”-2014.

The information was conveyed by Sergey Tsymbal, Deputy of HMBIA President for international relations.

“Just yesterday, we were contacted by representatives of a new national team, a team from a country that has never participated in “Battle of the Nations.” They asked if they could apply for the participation,” said Tsymbal. – We reassured them that they could apply, as the “doors” of the Championship are still open.”

By the way, there is one more team, called “Potential Participant ? 31″ by the Organizing Committee of the World Championship. However, country’s name is a secret (on tact grounds).

“They want to come to Trogir, participate in “Battle of the Nations”-2014, but do not know how to implement their wish. There are a lot of nuances in their movement. The decision will be made next week. But judging by their mood, I’d like to make a prediction that we will have at least 31 national teams”, added Sergey Tsymbal.
