At the moment, one of the most important procedures takes place in the fortress of Smederevo before the start of the HMB World Championship Battle of the Nations 2019. Weapon and armor of each fighter are checking out by the committee of authenticity. Committee experts measure, weigh and check. work is in full swing. Of course, there are comments.
The National team of Brazil has already passed this check. João Paulo Zerbinatti Soares, captain of Brazilians told HMBIA News that they had some armor notes:
“We had some problems with chain mails and helmets and some paintings in an armour, but we fixed it. We understand their job and its a hard job. Someone can hate them but it is necessary procedure for this competition. We improved our equipment for this year. Our team has titanium armor this year finally and our fighters with full sets. So we don’t need to worry about it”.
Chinese fighters also passed the procedure and now they have to clean treir armour and weapon. As for everything else…. Yang Hui Tong told us that everything is ok with their equipment in general.
As you know Authentic part of HMB sport is important from the historical point of view and for the protective side also. Teams are working all year to make the armor and weapon better. It seems that this year they did a great job! But the final results of the Authenticity Committee check we will publish later when they will finish the procedure.
