We waited a long time for this and finally, on the third day of the competition, battles began in the mass battles category 30 vs 30. Words do not convey well what is happening on the lists! Another premiere for the World Championship on its 10th anniversary. Spectators shout at the top of their lungs while 60 fighters try to snatch victory from their opponents.

One of the first fights in this category was between the Ukrainian team and the Chinese team with legionnaires from the countries of the Pacific region. HMBIA News had the chance to speak with the team captain of Ukraine 2,  Artem Beregovoi:

“30 vs 30 is an evolution of category 21 vs 21, so the type of combat is similar. The only thing is that the lists remained the same size, so the battle is more dense. But, the more people on the lists, the more interesting. Our opponents, as for the first time, gave very decent resistance. I think that in a few years they will be able to compete with many European teams. ”
