Team Ukraine will have a renewed composition this year. The team has got a “new blood” (it is a natural process in any sport). The National Team includes representatives of almost all the major cities of Ukraine, namely fighters from Kyiv, Kharkiv, Poltava, Zaporizhia, Odessa, Dnipropetrovsk. This year the competition for a place in the National Team was tough as never before, we had a qualifying event for the “21 vs 21″ category for the first time in our history!

49 fighters go to Trogir, to the HMB World Championship “Battle of the Nations”-2014. Team Ukraine will participate in all the categories. In addition to the above mentioned “Royal category” (“21 vs 21″), we participate in “5 vs 5″ battles (we have three five-member units). And we have three fighters for men’s and three for women’s triathlon.

We have great expectations concerning this year’s “Battle of the Nations.” It is the fifth anniversary World Championship, each of the previous events gave us experience, demonstrated our shortcomings and mistakes, and then we overcame them each subsequent year. Concerning our tournament tasks… We always set maximum tasks!
