The winners of duel nominations “Longsword” and “Sword-buckler” are announced. The battles were interesting and exciting. HMBIA News had a conversation with owners of the silver and gold medals of the Championship – Saveliy Ganya and Sergey Ukolov. Both fighters are content with battles, they shared some of the impressions from the meeting on the list with our reporters.

Saveliy Ganya (Moldova): “Superb! The impressions are superb, mostly because I had two fights with Sergey Ukolov – champion of the world. He’s a good fighter, he fought decently, I liked everything very much. He has much more experience than me, he is, indeed the champion of the world!”

The champion himself made some kind remarks as to Saveliy’s skill as well.

Sergey Ukolov (Russia): “He was really good! He won Pole, whom I was afraid of the most. Polish fighter is young and he possesses great technique and speed, as do all Polish fighters. He won Pole, faced in the final and fought decently. He’s an experienced man. I loved the battle”.
