As soon as annual Championship of the world in HMB “Battle of the Nations” ends and the surrounding passion and excitement die out a bit, the participants start to question themselves an inevitable thing – “Where will the next Championship take place?” The year 2016 is not an exception.

Traditionally, a sneak peek at the location of the next year’s “Battle of the Nations” is presented at the annual Summit. On November 2016, one of the topics of the agenda of the meeting in Milan was a geographical dilemma: “Barcelona or Prague?!”

Representatives of the Association said that while choosing a place for the Championship of the world in HMB “Battle of the Nations”-2017, they had discussed eight potential locations in five different countries. Eventually the choice stopped on two variants of location and date of the “Battle of the Nations”.

Eventually, captains of the National teams, who took part in the Summit-2016, decided that Barcelona would be the most optimal variant. Therefore, the HMBIA team works hard daily on the organization of the Championship on the “Toros Monumental”.
