The first HMB tournament in 2019 was held in Novosibirsk (Russia)! The regional HMB tournament of the 1st league called “Siberian Foothold” took place on the 5th of January, 2019. There were fights of the strongest teams of Siberia. The tournament held Challenger status in the Bugurt League system, and was held according to the official standards and rules of HMB, which are common for all countries.
According to Anastasia Pankova, a representative of the organizing committee of the tournament, the Foothold passed smoothly, steadily and without difficulties. There were some injuries, but not significant, and the medical team managed to cope with them well. The whole team and fighters worked with dignity, and smoothly.

Winners of the tournament will go to St. Petersburg for the federal qualifying stage, which will be held within the framework of the largest military-historical festival RECON. There the Russian national team for the HMB World Championship Battle of the Nations 2019 will be formed.
