“Molodetskaya Udal”-2018: qualifying continues

The qualifying tournaments are continuing in Russia to form the National Team of this country for the World Championship of HMB “Battle of Nations” -2018 in Rome. On the 27-28 of January Ekaterinburg will host the regional HMB Russia tournament of the 1 league “Molodetkaya Udal” -2018. The tournament is a part of the Buhurt League System so it will be held according to the common HMBIA standards and rules for all countries.

 

There are 8 teams from the clubs “Bern”, “Hansa”, “Confederation Hospitaller”, “Golden Lion” and “Maltese Cross” will come to the lists of this tournament. The geography of the tournament is extensive – almost all cities of the Urals will be represented here.

 

Teams will compete in the buhurt categories “5 vs 5″ and “3 vs 3″. According to the orgteam, it`s Only the teams that represents the Urals Federal District of Russia will be able to participate in the qualifying stage. Teams from other regions may participate outside the offset, but the results will be recorded in statistics anyway. In addition, there will be dueling categories “Sword and Shield”, “Sword and Buckler” and “Longsword”, anyone from any region of Russia can participate there, of course if that fighter has equipment the corresponds to HMBIA rules.

 

The Knight marshal of the tournament will be the international judge Eduard Sadrutdinov in coordination with the head of the HMB Russia Marshal Committee Sergei Bogonenko. Also Sergey Boganenko will hold a seminar for trainees who want to become certified HMB marshal.

 

Workshop

In addition, Vitaly Gryzlov from the “Bern” HMB-club will hold a seminar for all who comes to the tournament . The program of the seminar is:
1) drill tactics
2) work with weapons
3) physical preparation for drill

 

The winners of this tournament and other qualifying regional stages will go to the “Recon” festival in St. Petersburg on the 23-24 of February to form the Russian National team for the “Battle of the Nations” -2018.
